Allstate life insurance scam - Mommy in IL takes out $200,000 life insurance policy on infant
- Posted Thu, Apr 12th, 2007 by Monty Loree Post a reply

Hello,

Over in Illinois, a Mommy/slaveowner named Dina Abdelhaq is under arrest andwill be charged with deliberately murdering her 7 week old daughter/slave. Yesindeed, Mommy Dina suffocated the infant girl. So, you might be thinking ourMommy Dearest became enraged over the baby crying, or maybe she just gotfrustrated and lashed out blindly at the infant? Not so at all, folks. You see,Mommy Dina had taken out a $200,000 life insurance police on her infantdaughter, 11 whole days before she murdered the infant. Yup, it looks like goodold fashioned greed and a desire for moooolah played a significant role in thisMommy Murder.

After the helpless infant slave dies, Mommy Dina brough forth her best actingskills, as she feigned grief and tried to convince doctors and police that her"beloved" slave had died of SIDS and that she was now a grieving Mommy, deserving of pity and of course NO suspicion of any sort.

Guess what? Just about 12-18 months before Mommy Dina committed this murder, another infant that she had belched out of her womb DIED. In 1994, anotherdaughter died at the age of 18 DAYS. That case was listed as "cause of deathunknown" on the death record. Obviously police are now VERY carefully exploringthe VERY real possibility that mommy Dina has murdered TWO of her helplessinfant daughters.

Police say they STILL do NOT have enough evidence to bring murder chargesagainst Dina. She is only being charged with insurance fraud, at this point intime, in connection with the insurance polict she took out on her secondmurdered slave. There is no evidence that Mommy Dina had taken out aninsurance policy on the first infant that died in her care. Hey, maybe the 18day old slave was just DRAINING too much money away from Dina, and herpassioon, which happened to be gambling.

Yes indeed, an indictment declares our Mommy/slaveowner to be a GAMBLINGaddict, and that she committed numerous other crimes, including welfare fraud,in order to support her gambling habit. Gambling, yet another PERVERSE andIRRATIONAL form of amusement that your inferior society offers to you humans,as a way of DIVERTING your attention from the serious and true facts and issuesof life. How pathetic, that millions of humans, being the obedient slaves thatthey are, line up to play the lottery, slot machines, casinos, sports betting, horse racing, the list is ENDLESS, as you pathetic humans try to find both HOPEand DIVERSION in your bleak and pointless lives.

Three DAYS before giving birth to her second slave, Mommy Dina was arrestedon a "deceptive practices" charge. She TOLD police that she was a gamblingaddict, and "would do anything" to get money. Three days later, she gave birth, and of course your deranged society allowed her to KEEP her new slave. A doctorat the hospital where she gave birth, KNOWING that Dina's other daughter, born15 months earlier, had DIED at the age of 18 days, offered to give her a FREEmedical alert device that is used to try and prevent SIDS deaths. Mommy DinaDECLINED to accept the medical alert device, and took her slave home, toMURDER.

At a court hearing on Friday, prosecutors stated to the judge that they wouldhave NO PROBLEM with Mommy Dina being RELEASED on bail, despite the fact thatshe VERY likely murdered TWO helpless infant child/slaves. Of course. She ONLYkilled SLAVES, SUBHUMAN beings. Thus, there is no problem with releasing her onbail, in the eyes of your society and it's LEADERS.

Mommy Dina is 33 years old, and has TWO other slaves that she somehow hasmanaged to refrain from killing. They are in the possession of theirgrandparents. Which means of course that this double murdering mommy hasABSOLUTE access to those children.

She is, as expected, pleading Not Guilty to all charges. And she IS notguilty, in the eyes of society, of any MAJOR crime, because she only killed herLEGALLY OWNED SLAVES.

Take care, JOE

Suburb mom indicted in plot to kill baby

March 7, 1998

BY CAM SIMPSON FEDERAL COURT REPORTER

A Hickory Hills woman with a love of gambling and a history of petty fraudresorted to killing her 7-week-old daughter to collect on a $200,000 insurancepolicy, federal prosecutors alleged Friday.

``The facts are so chilling that the allegations in this case make your bloodrun cold,'' U.S. Attorney Scott Lassar said of the indictment against DinaAbdelhaq, 33, formerly of Alsip.

Abdelhaq is charged with insurance fraud in connection with the death of herdaughter Tara on Nov. 14, 1995. Abdelhaq allegedly masked the murder as a caseof Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

The indictment prompted Cook County Medical Examiner Edmund Donoghue to reopenthe case of another daughter, who died Aug. 9, 1994, at just 18 days old. Thecause of death for Lena Abdelhaq was reclassified Friday as ``undetermined''after being listed as SIDS for more than three years, Donoghue said.

Federal prosecutors lack jurisdiction to file homicide charges, but Adbelhaqnevertheless could face life in prison if convicted. Federal sentencingguidelines allow a life term when an insurance fraud case involves a death,Lassar said.

``Because a life sentence is possible, we decided to prosecute her federally,''Lassar said. ``If we didn't think we had a heavy enough penalty to fit thecrime, then we might have asked [Cook County State's Attorney Dick Devine] toproceed.''

Abdelhaq pleaded not guilty Friday afternoon to all 17 counts.

Prosecutors said the government would consent to freeing her on bond only ifshe agreed to avoid casinos and seek counseling.

The case against her is entirely circumstantial, with no physical evidence thatshe murdered Tara, federal prosecutors concede. If the case goes to trial, however, Lassar's team of federal prosecutors, lead by Assistant U.S. AttorneyKathleen Murdock, will have to prove that Abdelhaq killed the infant to convicther on the insurance fraud charge.

The indictment, plus interviews with prosecutors, paint a portrait of Abdelhaqas a gambling addict who tried to score a few hundred or a few thousand dollarsany way she could. She allegedly tried to cash checks from closed accounts andbilked taxpayers out of almost $30,000 in Public Aid benefits.

By Nov. 14, 1995, prosecutors allege, Abdelhaq decided to smother Tara tocollect on a life insurance policy she had taken out when the child was only 23days old.

The policy raised eyebrows because infants rarely are insured for so muchmoney, prosecutors said. The indictment accuses Abdelhaq of lying to insuranceofficials before and after the child's death.

Experts say cases of SIDS are rare: Only two or three children out of every1,000 live births die from SIDS. So a family that has lost more than one childto SIDS always raises questions, the experts say.

``A second death makes people particularly nervous, given what we now know,''said Dr. Bill Meadow, associate director of neonatology at the University ofChicago. ``Most people would be increasingly suspicious with every sequentialdeath.''

Alsip police Lt. David Snooks said investigators in his department never hadenough proof to bring murder charges against Abdelhaq. He applauded the federalindictment, saying Alsip police have been cooperating all along.

Snooks did not rule out an eventual homicide charge, but he said police had``reached a dead end with all of our leads.''

Tara died at the family's former home in the 11000 block of South Lamon inAlsip. Neighbors said the Abdelhaqs kept to themselves.

But Peter Schaeflain, a neighbor in Hickory Hills, described Dina Abdelhaq as``rude, arrogant and obnoxious.'' After a dispute, he says the woman once toldhim, ``This is America. I can do anything I want.''--------------------------------------------------- The following appears courtesy of the 3/7/98 online edition of The chicagoTribune newspaper:

BABY'S DEATH SPURS FRAUD CHARGE AGAINST MOM

By Matt O'ConnorTribune Staff WriterMarch 7, 1998

Dina Abdelhaq defrauded banks, insurers, government welfare programs and evenher mother's restaurant before she hit on a shocking new way to make a largesum of money, say federal prosecutors.

Eleven days after obtaining a $200,000 life insurance policy on her newborndaughter, Tara, in 1995, Abdelhaq intentionally suffocated the 7-week-old baby, prosecutors charge, and then claimed the infant had died of Sudden Infant DeathSyndrome.

On Friday, the FBI arrested Abdelhaq, 33, on federal charges of insurance fraudin connection with Tara's death, U.S. Atty. Scott Lassar said at a newsconference. She faces life imprisonment if convicted.

Prosecutors also disclosed that 15 months before Tara's death, another infantdaughter of Abdelhaq's, Lena, 17 days old, was found dead in her crib. CookCounty Medical Examiner Edmund Donoghue said Friday that the cause of Lena'sdeath had been changed from SIDS to undetermined. Authorities said there was noevidence of an insurance policy on that child.

Allstate Life Insurance Co. refused to pay the claim for Tara's death andalerted police to its suspicions. In an Allstate lawsuit related to the claimrefusal, Abdelhaq is described as unemployed, on public assistance and heavilyin debt because of a gambling habit at the time of Tara's death.

Three days before Tara's birth, Abdelhaq was arrested on a deceptive practicecharge. Police say she told them that she is a gambling addict who tried to getmoney ``any way,'' according to documents filed with the Cook County CircuitCourt lawsuit.

At her initial hearing on the federal charges Friday, prosecutors Ronald Saferand Kathleen Murdock said they would not oppose Abdelhaq's release if sheposted a substantial bond, refrained from gambling and underwent counseling. The hearing was continued until Monday.
